PerfectServe is hiring a Customer Success Advisor - US Remote

About the Role

PerfectServe is looking for a Customer Success Advisor to act as a trusted partner for our customers. In this remote US role, you will own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of clients, focusing on maximizing system utilization, adoption, and satisfaction through proactive engagement and deep product knowledge.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strong advocate for customers and end users, representing their needs internally.
  • Build trusting relationships and provide day-to-day support to executive sponsors and key leaders.
  • Partner with customers to ensure they are fully leveraging the scheduling platform to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Develop deep product and workflow expertise to understand and optimize scheduling processes.
  • Proactively monitor system utilization, adoption trends, and service requests to identify and resolve risks.
  • Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives that drive measurable value.
  • Own and resolve escalated service issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely outcomes.
  • Provide proactive oversight of system data to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Technical Consultants to establish and execute customer account plans.
  • Lead client retention and save efforts as the primary point of coordination.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of client-facing services by partnering effectively across internal teams.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to support onboarding, training, adoption, and optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • 4-6 years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Available to travel up to 25%.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare software experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling workflows is preferred.
