PerfectServe is looking for a Customer Success Advisor to act as a trusted partner for our customers. In this remote US role, you will own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of clients, focusing on maximizing system utilization, adoption, and satisfaction through proactive engagement and deep product knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a strong advocate for customers and end users, representing their needs internally.
- Build trusting relationships and provide day-to-day support to executive sponsors and key leaders.
- Partner with customers to ensure they are fully leveraging the scheduling platform to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Develop deep product and workflow expertise to understand and optimize scheduling processes.
- Proactively monitor system utilization, adoption trends, and service requests to identify and resolve risks.
- Lead process improvement and optimization initiatives that drive measurable value.
- Own and resolve escalated service issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely outcomes.
- Provide proactive oversight of system data to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Technical Consultants to establish and execute customer account plans.
- Lead client retention and save efforts as the primary point of coordination.
- Ensure seamless delivery of client-facing services by partnering effectively across internal teams.
- Travel to client sites as needed to support onboarding, training, adoption, and optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Professional Services.
- 2+ years of experience supporting SaaS products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to travel up to 25%.
Nice to Have
- Healthcare software experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with scheduling workflows is preferred.
