About the Role

The recruiter will lead end-to-end talent acquisition for technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, source candidates, guide them through the interview process, and support successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage software engineers and technical specialists through targeted sourcing
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and team expectations
  • Manage candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate technical interviews and provide feedback to applicants
  • Negotiate offers and support final hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and metrics
  • Develop talent pools for high-demand technical roles
  • Attend virtual career events and tech meetups to build networks
  • Use labor market data to refine sourcing strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Track time-to-fill and other key recruitment performance indicators
  • Communicate hiring progress regularly to stakeholders
  • Stay updated on programming languages and tech industry trends
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
