Remote Recruitment is hiring a 360 Tech Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for a UK-based agency specializing in tech talent. You will partner with UK tech companies, source and place candidates, and meet performance targets in a high-performance, autonomous environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of UK tech roles, such as developers, engineers, and product managers.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and consultative selling.
- Write compelling job adverts and utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms to attract top tech talent.
- Negotiate terms of business with clients and manage contract and perm placements.
- Stay informed about UK tech market trends and client hiring needs.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, including revenue, placements, and client activity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise candidate and client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360 recruitment.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of tech roles and terminology, such as frontend/backend, DevOps, and SaaS.
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, and job boards.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Access to a reliable laptop and uncapped high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet, professional home workspace is essential.
