Responsibilities
- Carry out 2D echocardiography procedures following established departmental standards and protocols.
- Achieve clear imaging results and proper patient positioning throughout each examination.
- Work closely with cardiologists to review results and contribute to diagnostic decisions.
- Keep thorough, up-to-date records of all patient procedures and related documentation.
- Follow strict safety and infection prevention practices to safeguard patient health at all times.
