The Walt Disney Company is looking for a 2026 Summer Intern - Entertainment Technical Production to join the Entertainment Production Team at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. This internship provides hands-on learning in the event production process, helping bring Disney magic to guests while building a foundation for a future in Event Management.

What You'll Do

Provide technical support for daily, seasonal and ad-hoc Entertainment offerings.
Liaise with production and creative teams of entertainment events regarding technical scope of work, manpower allocation, and resource planning.
Support the development of required documents, such as Operational Guides, Maintenance Manuals, and maintenance plans.
Assist in creating a technical schedule and submitting technical progress reports.
Assist in the setup of audio, video and lighting systems.
Monitor meetings and other communications with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Current university students or associate degree students graduating in or after 2026.
Majoring in Arts design, Theatre Entertainment Management, Theatre and Entertainment Arts, Event Management, Audio, Video and Lighting engineering or any other related disciplines.
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and September 2026.
