EMW, Inc. is looking for a contractor to serve as a Strategic Decision Support, Communication, and Reporting capability for the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency). You will support the institutionalization of the Obsolescence Management (OMEGA) initiative, interpreting data and creating governance artifacts to manage technical debt and cybersecurity risks.
What You'll Do
- Interpret operational and analytical data from the OMEGA initiative to produce actionable insights, governance reporting, and decision-support artifacts.
- Transform data and operational information into structured analytical views, dashboards, and communication outputs for risk-informed governance.
- Deliver structured strategic communication, executive-level reporting, governance facilitation, and decision-support artifacts aligned with OMEGA priorities.
- Operate within the Agency-provided collaboration and reporting environment.
- Ensure all artifacts are formally documented, version-controlled, and stored in the designated repository.
- Align all reporting outputs with the approved OMEGA risk model and governance framework.
- Deliver services iteratively while meeting fixed milestone and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure consistency between strategic narrative, executive reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Develop and deliver a Project Initiation Package, Governance Alignment Framework, Strategy & Communication Framework, Business Area Engagement Model, Workshop Facilitation Toolkit, OMEGA Analytical Dashboard, and KPI/KRI Framework.
What We're Looking For
- Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Brussels, Belgium, with occasional remote teleworking from a NATO country and travel to other NATO sites.
- Proven ability to produce deliverables using best-practices in corporate communication.
- Experience using data analytics or data science techniques to address problems and support decision-making.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency). The bidder proposes the team size and structure.
Work Mode
This is an onsite role located in Brussels, Belgium.
