The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is hiring a Governance Risk Compliance Writer to embed within the NATO Cyber Security Centre Assess Branch, Adversary Emulation section. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and maintaining critical governance documentation, ensuring all outputs align with organizational directives and NATO frameworks.
What You'll Do
- Gather and review current Adversary Emulation Section documentation.
- Draft, review, and maintain governance documentation, including policies, standards, procedures, and methodological frameworks.
- Ensure Red Team governance documentation aligns with organizational directives, military doctrine, and applicable NATO frameworks.
- Document and maintain approved Red Team methodologies from a governance perspective, covering ethical boundaries and deconfliction processes.
- Produce governance-focused written outputs, such as policy compliance statements, operating models (CONOPS), and governance annexes for reports.
- Ensure all written outputs are clear, structured, suitable for senior governance audiences, and maintain consistent terminology.
What We're Looking For
- Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET.

You will be embedded directly within the NATO Cyber Security Centre Assess Branch, Adversary Emulation section.
Work Mode
This position is onsite in Mons, Belgium.
