KIPP is hiring a [2024 - 2025] Student Enrollment and Recruitment Ambassador (Hybrid Role)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing outreach initiatives aimed at recruiting students and families.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts in partnership with school operations teams.
  • Work with school leaders to plan and carry out recruitment activities such as distributing flyers, canvassing neighborhoods, and setting up information tables.
  • Conduct individual conversations with current and prospective families to share information and build relationships.
  • Plan and schedule participation in community events throughout the academic year.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations to expand visibility and promote enrollment opportunities.
  • Support events that connect community leaders and organizations with the school.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective students in HubSpot to support engagement and enrollment tracking.
  • Input and manage applicant data in SchoolMint, ensuring records and notes are up to date.
  • Conduct outreach calls to convert leads into formal applicants.

This is a full-time exempt position requiring occasional work on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
