Responsibilities
- Join a dynamic team providing professional technical support to corporate customers and end users through chat communication

Requirements
- Fluent German (C1)
- Good English (B2 or higher)
- Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Team player with a customer-centric mindset
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
