TUNGA BV is looking for a Bilingual IT Service Desk Agent (German/English) to provide user support and technical troubleshooting across IT tools and systems. You will assist end users with hardware, software, and mobile device issues, maintain accurate ticket documentation, and work closely with onsite IT teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and troubleshooting support for computer hardware, software, mobile devices, and related tech tools.
- Document end-user issues accurately in the ITSM tool.
- Follow established processes, knowledge documents, and support best practices.
- Manage ticket backlog and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement through knowledge scripts, training material updates, and process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians across different locations.
- Support operations outside standard business hours and on weekends when required.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Previous experience in service desk, technical support, or customer support roles.
- Good technical understanding of common hardware, software, and mobile device issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Able to work independently, follow direction, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a supportive and professional attitude.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages are an advantage.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications is a plus.
