Beterggz is looking for a Remote Medewerker Front Office - Digitale Specialistische GGZ to be the welcoming face of our digital specialist mental healthcare organization. You'll play a crucial role in the client intake process within our mission-driven company focused on improving mental healthcare and tackling long waiting lists.
What You'll Do
- Welcome clients, relations, and interpreters in a friendly and professional manner during the intake process.
- Provide necessary information to clients.
- Answer phone calls and connect them to the appropriate contacts.
- Schedule intake appointments for clients.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including supporting secretariat colleagues and answering emails.
What We're Looking For
- Work experience in a similar role.
- Affinity with mental healthcare.
- Experience with standard Microsoft programs.
- Customer-oriented and service-minded attitude.
- Oral proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
- Professional, innovative, entrepreneurial, customer-friendly, and respectful.
- Available for at least 24 hours per week.
- Available on Mondays and Fridays.
- Experience with digital collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Experience with an electronic patient record system.
- Knowledge of ZorgGGZ/Axians is a plus.
- Experience operating a telephone exchange with multiple external lines.
