Gastrosterne was looking for a 100% Homeoffice: Sales/Closer

Gastrosterne is hiring a remote Sales Closer to drive growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will sell our digital recruiting solution to small and medium-sized enterprises, transforming initial interest into long-term client relationships. Your focus will be on closing deals and expanding accounts through proactive follow-ups and strategic upgrades.

What You'll Do

  • Call cold and warm leads to identify customer needs.
  • Conduct direct sales conversations aimed at closing deals.
  • Push for the close in a structured, smart, and secure manner.
  • Think proactively, ask questions, and follow up until goals are achieved.
  • Work closely with a sales coach and leadership.
  • Develop customers long-term through account upgrades and upsells.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with proven closing ability in B2B or B2C.
  • You are independent, self-directed, and do not require micro-management.
  • You possess a drive not only to sell but also to grow professionally.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the recruiting environment is a bonus but not required.
