BoostDraft is building a robust sales organization to accelerate our customer base growth. As an Inside Sales specialist, you will be a key part of this expansion, moving us from a word-of-mouth foundation to a structured marketing and sales engine. You will own the sales process from script-based consultation to closing.
What You'll Do
- Conduct sales consultations following established scripts.
- Manage terms negotiation and execute deal closures.
- Attend industry events and trade shows.
- Engage with inbound leads.
- Collaborate with internal departments and plan/execute various initiatives.
- Conduct lead nurturing activities utilizing our CRM.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, or 4+ years of B2B sales administration experience.
- No strong resistance to working in an English-language environment.
- A stable home internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience at an early-stage startup.
- Business-level or higher English proficiency.
- Knowledge of the software or SaaS industry.
