United Placement Group is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our network. This unique opportunity focuses on wills, trusts, and post-retirement legal matters. You will conduct your practice 100% virtually while we provide you with client introductions and comprehensive administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Focus on drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.
- Conduct 100% virtual and telephonic consultations with clients.
- Provide expert legal advice to ensure client peace of mind.
What We're Looking For
- Active membership with the Arkansas State Bar.
- Currently in private practice.
- 3-5 years of hands-on estate plan drafting experience.
- Expertise in probate avoidance, asset protection, and business formation and succession planning.
- Knowledge of taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning.
- Comfort and proficiency with conducting consultations virtually.
- Active professional liability insurance.
- Familiarity with modern technology, including Microsoft products and CRM systems.
- Comfortable with virtual communication methods.
Nice to Have
- Residency within the state of Arkansas.
- Prior experience in business formation.
- Additional knowledge in special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, and asset protection.
- Admission to other state bars.
- Bilingual skills.
