Practicebetter is launching a Tech Transition Program for an Associate Recruiter. This role is designed for professionals without prior recruiting experience but with transferable skills from fields like sales, ops, or consulting. The program provides a foundation in recruiting with a focus on using AI tools, aiming to grow you into a full-cycle recruiter in the autonomy and AI tech space.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside senior recruiters to find and hire people building autonomous systems and AI.
- Learn to source and reach out to candidates effectively.
- Conduct phone screens and quickly understand candidate qualifications and goals.
- Own the candidate experience end-to-end.
- Get hands-on with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, and Juicebox.
- Jump into recruiting ops work like university programs and talent branding events.
- Become an industry expert on applying AI to recruiting and HR.
What We're Looking For
- 2 - 3 years of work experience in a role requiring clear communication, speed, and multitasking.
- A genuine people person who listens, builds trust quickly, and follows through.
- Not scared of learning new tools and picks things up fast.
- Wants to be in the autonomy and AI tech space and is ready to put in the work.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a can-do attitude.
- Exposure to the automotive, robotics, or aerospace industries.

- Compensation: $95,000 - $113,000 USD annually + equity

Work Mode
