Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Specialist - Tech Sector to be the first point of contact for potential B2B clients. You will fuel the sales pipeline for a UK-based SaaS company, focusing on lead generation and qualification in a target-driven, remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential B2B clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the sales team.
- Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff and strong sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking engagement and follow-up activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product developments and the competitive landscape.
- Contribute to team targets and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales or SDR experience.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead qualification processes.
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and LinkedIn for outreach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setup.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection, own laptop, and a quiet work environment.

- Experience ideally within a tech or SaaS environment.
Team & Environment
You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with Account Executives.
