Gotham Enterprises Ltd is hiring a full-time Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to provide consistent mental health services via telehealth. In this role, you will deliver care to clients throughout Michigan within a structured clinical model that prioritizes client outcomes, ethical practice, and manageable caseloads.
What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions on a set schedule
- Assess client needs and establish treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Adjust treatment approaches based on client progress
- Communicate professionally with internal teams
- Follow state and telehealth practice guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Active Michigan LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience in clinical mental health practice
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Comfortable providing care in a fully remote setting
