At ZoomCare, our Clinic Associates are essential to delivering the Perfect Visit experience across our service lines, including Daily Care, Family Medicine, and Mental Health. You'll ensure a smooth, efficient, and respectful patient journey from scheduling to follow-up.

What You'll Do

Check patients in and out for their appointments.
Schedule new appointments as needed and process patient payments.
Educate patients on navigating their ZoomCare medical record.
Maintain accurate patient demographic and insurance information.
Perform blood draws and finger sticks while adhering to all written laboratory standards.
Process collected specimens and document results.
Maintain supply inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing supplies.
Work with and maintain basic medical equipment.
Provide emergency care to patients when necessary.
Support medical providers as needed.
Ensure the clinic remains clean and neat.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ year of healthcare, customer service, or administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, AthenaOne, and other relevant software.
Excel in a fast-paced work environment, thriving under pressure and time constraints.
Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from a recognized organization or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire.
Ability to complete ZoomCare’s phlebotomy training program within six months of hire.
Must be able to obtain a Medical Assistant - Phlebotomist license within 6 months of hire.
Vaccinated against COVID-19, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), and TD/TDAP.
Must be able to obtain a Medical Assistant - registered license within 1 month of hire.

Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree.
Current licensure/certification as a Certified Medical Assistant, Clinical Medical Assistant, National Certified Medical Assistant Certification or prior experience as a Medical Assistant - Registered.
