Paired is hiring a full-time YouTube Video Editor to join our remote content team based in South America. You will create explainer-style tutorial videos for a fast-growing YouTube channel focused on AI tools, working within a time-zone optimized workflow to produce 4-5 videos per week.
What You'll Do
- Edit 8-12 minute final videos from 20-30 minutes of raw footage.
- Cut mistakes and match camera footage with screen recordings.
- Add animations and visual effects using provided AI tools.
- Complete a full video edit within an 8-9 hour window after receiving files.
- Upload final videos to Frame.io for review.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced YouTube video editor.
- Strong sense of pacing and storytelling.
- Comfortable editing tutorial and explainer content.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to deliver a full video in 8-9 hours.
- Availability for full-time work for our company.
- Location in South America.
Nice to Have
- Ability to create custom animations and VFX.
Technical Stack
- Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects (or similar).
- Frame.io, Remotion, Higgsfield Vibe Motion.
Team & Environment
You will join a small remote team of 5–10 people. The team includes scriptwriters, a content creator, editors, thumbnail designers, and project managers.

- Salary: $1,500 – $2,000/month, based on experience and quality.
