MVP360 Management is hiring a Youth Volleyball Coach to develop and implement volleyball programs for military children and families at camps and clinics on military installations. You will be instrumental in fostering an environment that promotes health, fitness, confidence, teamwork, and community engagement.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement volleyball programs that engage, educate, and inspire participants of all ages.
• Plan events and coordinate activities for volleyball camps and clinics.
• Lead training sessions and provide mentorship to youth participants.
• Create unforgettable, transformative experiences for military children at multi-day camps or clinics.
• Foster an environment that promotes health, fitness, confidence, teamwork, and community engagement.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience coaching volleyball.
• Genuine passion for working with children of diverse skill levels and backgrounds.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and be away from home for at least 6 days at a time.
• Valid and up-to-date driver's license.
• Ability to pass all local, state, federal, and military-specific background checks.
• A clean driving and criminal record.
• High energy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for sports and recreational activities with a community-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Youth-level volleyball coaching experience.
• Degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in volleyball, sports management, recreation, or program coordination.
• Previous experience in cheer.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
