Opal is hiring a Youth Advocacy & Success Manager to build a national community of high school and college students around digital wellness. You will empower students to own their time and advocate for Opal within their schools, creating a powerful student-led movement.
What You'll Do
- Own engagement at partner schools that have adopted Opal for Schools.
- Track student engagement metrics like activation, usage, and retention.
- Identify drop-offs and design creative ways to increase participation.
- Recruit and lead a network of student ambassadors across high schools.
- Run virtual meetups, challenges, campaigns, and activations for the student community.
- Help students share their stories about focus, balance, and digital self-regulation.
- Surface powerful student stories for PR, content, and company events.
- Collaborate with the PR team to spotlight student perspectives.
- Use AI tools to move faster, think bigger, and automate tasks.
- Design systems that scale, not just one-off events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience building or leading something like a club, movement, community, or campaign, OR experience in Customer Success at a startup.
- You've energized people your age before and made them care.
- In a remote environment, you create momentum and are self-directed; you don't wait for instructions.
- Curiosity about data and comfort tracking engagement metrics.
- Excitement about digital wellness, education, or youth advocacy.
- AI fluency: you use tools to amplify your impact, not replace your thinking.
