Xplor is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team, focusing on the deployment and configuration of our MarianaTek software. You will be the primary guide for new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience that sets them up for long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process for MarianaTek software clients.
- Configure the platform according to specific client workflows and business needs.
- Conduct training sessions for client teams on software features and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact during the onboarding phase, managing timelines and expectations.
- Document processes and provide feedback to internal product teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a software implementation, customer onboarding, or technical account management role.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on problem-solving and client success.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates globally, with a listed location in Denver, CO, USA.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: USD 65,000 - USD 80,000 per year.
