Smart Working Solutions is looking for a Senior Content Specialist to own the creation and maintenance of critical user-facing content. You will be responsible for producing clear, accurate, and helpful documentation that directly impacts the user experience.
What You'll Do
- Plan, write, and edit user guides, tutorials, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to understand content needs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent voice and style across all content.
- Continuously improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional technical writing or content creation experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, and structured writing principles.
- Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced product development environment.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills for a remote work setting.
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in India, including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, and Kochi.
