Aircall is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience department. This role is fully remote and based in India, requiring availability for evening and overnight shifts to support our global customer base. You will be a critical part of ensuring our users receive timely and effective assistance.
What You'll Do
- Provide front-line customer support via designated channels during evening and overnight shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and with empathy.
- Document support interactions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with team members across time zones to share knowledge and improve processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage a queue of support tickets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for a fully remote role.
- Flexibility and commitment to working evening and overnight shifts based in India.
