BPM LLP is seeking a NetSuite Senior Support Consultant to join our Technology Solution Services (TSS) advisory practice. In this role, you will be a key player in providing expert support and guidance for NetSuite implementations.
What You'll Do
- Provide senior-level support and troubleshooting for NetSuite environments.
- Analyze client needs and advise on system optimizations and best practices.
- Lead the resolution of complex technical and functional issues.
- Collaborate with advisory teams to ensure client success post-implementation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a NetSuite consultant or support specialist.
- Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite core modules and customization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex system issues.
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management abilities.
