Wpromote is seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive significant pipeline growth. You will be responsible for aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives and measuring performance across key channels.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated demand generation and ABM strategies
- Manage multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and pipeline
- Align closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies support revenue goals
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
- Manage budget and resources for demand generation programs
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years experience in B2B demand generation, marketing automation, or ABM
- Proven track record of designing and executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline
- Expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing performance metrics
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on marketing ROI
Nice to Have
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or professional services environment
- Knowledge of the digital marketing and e-commerce landscape
- Experience with account-based marketing platforms
