About the Role
This role focuses on managing day-to-day office operations, supporting employee experience initiatives, and ensuring the physical workspace meets organizational and individual needs efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared spaces
- Support planning and execution of company events
- Handle vendor coordination for office services
- Track and manage equipment requests and assignments
- Ensure safety protocols are followed in the workplace
- Respond to employee inquiries about office policies
- Update and maintain workplace documentation
- Assist with room bookings and meeting space setup
- Monitor office access systems and badge management
- Support sustainability initiatives within the office
- Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues
- Escalate maintenance requests to appropriate personnel
- Coordinate catering for internal meetings and events
- Maintain records of office expenditures
- Assist with emergency preparedness planning
- Ensure compliance with facility regulations
- Gather employee feedback on workspace experience
- Support hybrid work model logistics
- Manage signage and wayfinding updates
- Assist with office moves and reconfigurations
- Track usage patterns of shared resources
- Promote a positive and inclusive office culture
