Allianz is looking for a Working Student in Digital Talent Marketing to support our Recruiting and Talent Management department. You will gain insights into strategic digital talent marketing and understand the entire recruiting funnel, working on modern talent acquisition initiatives that shape our future workforce.
What You'll Do
- Support the team in conceptual and strategic personnel marketing.
- Implement employer branding and talent marketing activities on social media channels and the career homepage.
- Participate in the maintenance of the applicant management system.
- Contribute new ideas for daily work and support through internet research, trend and competitive analyses.
- Participate in various projects and create presentations.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in university, at least in the third semester with good academic performance.
- Characterized by personal responsibility, results-oriented work style, and excellent teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in speaking and writing, and good communication skills.
- Available for at least 6 months for the working student position.
Nice to Have
- Ideally have some initial practical experience.
- Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of working with future-oriented technologies like Artificial Intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
