Weflow is looking for a Working Student - Growth & GTM (m/f/d - Remote/Germany) to join our high-growth B2B SaaS company. In this role, you’ll learn from a world-class team while taking ownership of content creation and supporting strategic go-to-market initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside the GTM team in a high-growth environment, learning how a modern B2B go-to-market engine is built and moving fast from idea to execution.
- Own content execution end-to-end: research topics, draft outlines, write copy, and produce assets like LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, and playbooks.
- Support other GTM initiatives across GTM Engineering, outbound, and community, helping execute across channels and workflows.
- Be a reliable extra pair of hands for Growth by taking on ad-hoc projects, testing new channels, building dashboards, and organizing experiments.
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in Business, Marketing, or a STEM-related field at a leading business or technical school.
- Able to join as a working student for at least 9–12 months.
- Prior experience in fast-paced environments such as consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or VC-backed startups.
- Highly organized and reliable, capable of managing multiple assets, keeping stakeholders aligned, and hitting deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
