Transdev is seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Canby, Oregon. You will be a key member entrusted with ensuring safe, comfortable, and professional transportation for our passengers.
What You'll Do
- Operate vehicles safely by following designated routes, schedules, and all traffic regulations.
- Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers during boarding, travel, and disembarkation.
- Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure all safety equipment is ready for use.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement and emergency response readiness.
- Other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work shifts or flexible schedules, including Saturdays.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, is not authorized.
- Eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $24.50 - $27.00 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Pay scale). Starting pay is $24.50 - $27.00 with progression to $30.50 over 5 years.
