Growably UG is looking for a Working Student – Founders Associate (Marketing & Strategy). In this role, you’ll provide direct support to the founders across website projects, strategic initiatives, and content creation, offering a unique window into the European B2B SaaS ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Support founders in day-to-day operations from research to structuring ideas and preparing client materials.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and project workflows to ensure agency operations run smoothly.
- Help define landing page structures and website funnels tailored to the goals of fast-growing SaaS companies.
- Write thought leadership content for LinkedIn to share company learnings.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in business, marketing, communications, or similar.
- First experience as a working student or intern in marketing, strategy, or startups.
- Curious about B2B SaaS, eager to learn, and wants to understand how software products grow.
- Organized, proactive, and not afraid to take ownership.
- Writes clearly, thinks fast, and is confident communicating in both English and German.
Team & Environment
You’ll be part of a small team of 1-10 Mitarbeitende and will work directly with the founders, reporting to them.
