Clarvida is looking for a Working Student Compensation & Analytics (m/f/d) to support our international projects. You'll contribute to data analysis, system optimization, and small-scale initiatives within our People & Culture Unit, with a particular focus on leveraging AI.
What You'll Do
- Support the conception, implementation, maintenance, and control of Compensation and Analytics projects in an international context.
- Provide analyses and create presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Optimize compensation modules and functions within the Workday HRIS, including process improvement and testing innovations.
- Create internal and external job benchmarks using the Mercer Comptryx tool.
- Participate in market surveys for compensation benchmarking.
- Take on your own small projects, with a special focus on AI.
- Prepare communication materials and How To Guides for the People Unit and Trustees.
What We're Looking For
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field.
- Confident handling of Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers, data, and structures, combined with creative thinking.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Business fluent English skills.
Nice to Have
- First practical experience in HR, ideally within Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics.
- Experience with data analysis or BI tools.
- German language skills.
