Astreya Partners is hiring a Financial Analyst III to provide critical operational support for our largest clients and corporate initiatives. This role focuses on the execution of procurement, purchase order generation, and budgetary forecasting, acting as the engine of the funding process. You will ensure meticulous documentation and analysis to facilitate agile decision-making and serve as a key facilitator for annual planning and monthly forecasting.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of raising and structuring purchase orders, accurately capturing multi-element and complex deal structures for large client programs.
- Perform rigorous analysis of requested spend to ensure alignment with available budget, facilitating seamless funding flow for revenue, COGS, headcount, and expenses.
- Monitor committed vs. actual spend by tracking raised purchase orders against departmental budget caps to prevent over-extension.
- Calculate monthly forecasts, BOD reporting packages, and long-term plans to predict future purchase order volume and funding requirements.
- Identify and track performance measures, such as PO turnaround time and forecast accuracy, to improve internal company performance.
- Proactively review information and reporting systems to streamline the purchase order submission and approval workflow.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) and 5 to 8 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination.
- Experience networking with senior internal and external personnel in your area of expertise.
- Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- An understanding of general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Experience solving practical problems and handling a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Experience with general ledger and accounting practices.
- Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Compensation: $85,120.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary).
