Grip is hiring an Event Concierge Specialist on a fixed-term basis. Your mission is to accelerate user engagement and drive adoption of our event networking platform by working directly with event participants.
What You'll Do
- Execute outbound engagement campaigns by proactively calling and emailing event participants to drive login rates and app downloads.
- Increase pre-event networking by actively facilitating and encouraging the booking of meetings between participants through direct outreach and concierge matchmaking support.
- Conduct high-energy 1-on-1 and group video demos that demonstrate the value of the Grip platform and mobile app.
- Onboard at scale by implementing programs that move hundreds of users from registered to active in short timeframes.
- Become a power user of the Grip toolset, guiding participants on best practices for profile optimization and AI-driven matchmaking.
- Capture real-time user sentiment and hurdles during calls to help the Product team refine the user journey.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in high-volume, direct outreach and user engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for video demos and email campaigns.
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and guide others on best practices.
- Comfort working US shift hours from Serbia.
Nice to Have
- Background in tele-sales, SDR roles, or outbound account management.
Work Mode
This is a remote, fixed-term position open to candidates located within Serbia. The role covers US shifts exclusively and runs between March & April 2026.
