Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support for Workday PSA platforms.
- Work with teams across operations and finance to collect business needs and convert them into functional system setups.
- Coordinate with Financial and HCM system architects to develop and execute a unified technology roadmap.
- Regularly assess and refine Workday PSA workflows and settings to improve performance and usability.
- Stay informed on new Workday PSA product updates and manage testing to ensure system stability.
- Lead project initiatives related to Workday PSA, including planning, implementation, tracking, and status reporting.
- Assist in developing training materials and leading change management efforts to support system adoption.
- Partner with teams managing other enterprise systems to enable smooth data exchange with Workday PSA.
- Ensure high standards of data quality and correctness within the Workday PSA environment.
- Act as the internal expert providing guidance on Workday PSA capabilities and configurations.
- Keep current with emerging Workday PSA functionalities, system upgrades, and sector developments.
- Promote and enforce adherence to established best practices for Workday PSA usage and configuration.
- Perform additional tasks as required or directed by leadership.

- Align with Workday Financial and HCM architects to plan and deliver a roadmap aligned with enterprise leadership.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize Workday PSA processes and configurations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Understand Workday PSA product releases and oversee system regression testing.
- Manage Workday PSA related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Support training and change management activities to maximize the effectiveness of the Workday PSA system.
- Collaborate with other enterprise applications to ensure seamless integration of data in and out of Workday PSA.
- Own data integrity and accuracy within the Workday PSA module.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday PSA within the organization.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday PSA features, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Ensure Workday PSA best practices are followed.
