AO Garcia Agency is looking for a Veterans Benefits Representative to join our team. In this remote role, you will play a key part in helping veterans access and understand the benefits they’ve earned.
What You’ll Do
- Guide veterans through the benefits application and claims process.
- Provide clear, accurate information on available programs and eligibility.
- Assist with compiling and submitting necessary documentation.
- Act as a knowledgeable and empathetic resource for veteran inquiries.
What We’re Looking For
- A deep commitment to serving the veteran community.
- Strong understanding of or willingness to learn veterans’ benefits programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage your own schedule in a remote setting.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. You will work from your home office and collaborate with the team through digital channels.
