What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality English lessons to students on a regular schedule
- Build relationships with assigned students to understand their strengths, weaknesses, learning styles, and interests
- Provide a warm, caring, and judgement-free learning environment
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated associate for feedback and student-related discussions
- Participate in the application process, boot camp, and ongoing teaching support
What We're Looking For
- Native or near native pronunciation
- Great communication skills
- Commitment to responsibility
- High-speed internet connection
- Access to a HD camera and mic
- Bachelors degree
- TEFL/TESOL/CETL or equivalent
- Fixed schedule for a minimum of 6 months
