Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing and expanding high-value client relationships throughout Alaska. As the primary point of contact for key accounts, you will oversee contract negotiations, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing account planning and execute strategic initiatives to meet client and company goals
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maintain strong partnership outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client-specific needs
- Travel regularly across assigned regions to maintain in-person engagement with stakeholders
- Analyze market trends in Alaska to guide product positioning and service enhancements
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large accounts in a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with contract lifecycle management
- Ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Alaska
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
