FamilyWell Health was looking for a Women's Mental Health Therapist (Illinois)

FamilyWell Health is seeking a Women's Mental Health Therapist licensed in Illinois to join our mission-driven team. You will provide essential individual tele-therapy and psychological intakes for patients in our women's mental health program, delivering evidence-based support throughout the reproductive lifecycle using the Collaborative Care Model.

What You'll Do

  • Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.
  • Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred program patients, gathering comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Document patient progress comprehensively, sharing treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals.
  • Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care.
  • Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps.

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed mental health provider who holds an active license in Illinois.
  • Ability to practice independently / without supervision.
  • Qualifying licensures: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Nice to Have

  • Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training or a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant and/or postpartum and/or peri/menopause patients.
  • Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International.
  • Proof of certification in the treatment of the Peri/Menopause population.

Benefits & Compensation

  • 2-hour allotment per month for administrative compensation.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates residing in Illinois.
