Responsibilities
- Directly interact with customers in person to promote energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies like solar panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicles.
- Introduce local communities to Octopus Energy as a preferred supplier by comparing services and products with other energy companies.
- Assist potential customers in deciding whether switching to Octopus Energy for their home energy supply would benefit them.
- Ensure every conversation is impactful by delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming, positive experience for each new customer acquired.
