Pearce is seeking a dedicated Wireline Field Technician to join our team in maintaining and upgrading critical wireline telecommunications infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring network reliability through hands-on work, primarily in the Paso Robles, California area.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and repair wireline telecommunication infrastructure.
- Perform equipment upgrades and proactive maintenance.
- Travel to and work at remote job sites as required.
- Ensure all work complies with FCC, FAA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Operate computers or tablets for daily reporting and communication.
What We're Looking For
- Background in construction or a related field.
- Willingness to travel for work, typically up to 5 days per week.
- Ability to work long hours and overtime when necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email use.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to comply with all applicable OSHA Standards.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds multiple times per day.

- Experience pouring concrete pads.

Work Mode
This role is based locally in Paso Robles, California and involves daily travel to job sites within the region. You will be provided a company vehicle for work use.
