Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring for a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance to our Italian-speaking customer base. You’ll be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, working remotely from Greece to ensure high customer satisfaction and support quality.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding technical support and assistance to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Help customers troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and services, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay current with company product offerings, technology trends, and troubleshooting processes to provide knowledgeable support.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing IT role.
- Fluent proficiency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining detailed documentation.
