Join Docplanner Group as a WhatsApp & Email Specialist. You will be a key part of our Global Email Marketing Team, responsible for leading our WhatsApp marketing initiatives across all markets and driving strategic projects that enhance our messaging capabilities for both email and WhatsApp.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate WhatsApp marketing efforts across all teams and markets, ensuring consistent strategy execution and performance optimization.
- Establish and maintain robust WhatsApp infrastructure, monitor channel reputation, test new tools, and implement best practices to ensure optimal deliverability and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of WhatsApp campaigns to maximize MQL generation and verification rates through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments.
- Execute high-impact projects focused on email and WhatsApp initiatives, including global deliverability improvements, system integrations, and evaluation of new marketing technologies.
- Work closely with regional marketing teams, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and others to ensure seamless WhatsApp campaign delivery and achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on WhatsApp performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive program improvements and business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience with WhatsApp and email.
- Proven track record in project management and cross-functional team coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- High level of proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in HubSpot and HubSpot marketing automations (workflows) is highly advantageous.
- Experience with deliverability, compliance, and reputation management is a plus.
