We’re looking for skilled interpreters fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese and English to support cross-language communication in a fully remote setup. This role operates on a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal, offering flexibility across several Southeast Asian countries.
What You’ll Do
- Provide accurate, real-time interpretation between English and either Mandarin or Cantonese
- Support callers and clients during scheduled night shifts, starting at 8 PM (Asia time)
- Rotate shifts every three months to accommodate operational needs
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in spoken English and either Mandarin or Cantonese
- Access to a smartphone running Android 12 or higher, iOS 15 or newer, or an updated laptop
Benefits & Compensation
You’ll earn RM30 per hour with additional contributions to EPF and SOCSO. Overtime pay is available through OTPAY. The role includes 12 days of annual leave, 14 days of sick leave, and paid time off on public holidays observed in Malaysia and select U.S. holidays.
Training is provided with a mentoring allowance to support onboarding. This is a work-from-home position open to candidates in Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
