About the Role

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is hiring a WFH Data Admin Tour Support professional to join our remote operations team. In this role, you will provide crucial data administration and customer support for our tour and seminar programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all company procedures from your home office.

What You'll Do

  • Perform Data Administration duties including lead entry, worksheet verification, and entry & management of tours and seminars.
  • Handle new tour bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases to update records, files, and tours.
  • Answer inquiries from callers and associates via phone and email.
  • Verify information in documents or on computer screens for accuracy and completeness.
  • Close out daily reports and accurately complete Daily Tour Audit requirements.
  • Professionally communicate via phone to guide potential and current owners to sales or service departments.
  • Monitor required Outlook mailboxes and respond in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Learn and follow all Book of Business rules and standard operating procedures.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
  • Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers; maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
  • Follow company and department policies and procedures.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to comprehend and retain multiple and detailed rules & regulations and apply them independently.
  • Ability to read, retain, and apply direction given through email and other written sources.
  • Professional phone communication skills.
  • Ability to adhere to work schedules to ensure proper coverage.
  • Ability to learn and retain resort locations, basic ownership options, company rules and regulations, and use correct brand terminology.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and/or with management assistance.
  • Ability to monitor and respond to Outlook mailboxes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ability to learn and follow all Book of Business rules and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. We are looking for candidates residing in Utah or Nevada.
