Sedgwick is looking for a Claims Representative specializing in Workers' Compensation to join our team. In this role, you will process and adjudicate straightforward claims, ensuring timely and accurate benefits delivery while adhering to best practices.
What You'll Do
- Process low-level workers' compensation claims, determining compensability and benefits due.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute action plans to bring claims to resolution.
- Monitor reserve accuracy and file necessary state agency documentation.
- Coordinate return-to-work efforts for claimants.
- Approve and process claim payments.
- Administer subrogation and negotiate settlements.
- Support the organization's quality programs.
- Travel as required.
What We're Looking For
- Two (2) years of claims management experience.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
