Encore Boston Harbor is hiring a Product Manager for the WeVideo platform. In this role, you will drive product initiatives from ideation to execution, working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions. We are looking for candidates passionate about solving user problems who bring a background in sales, customer success, user research, UX design, or engineering.
What You'll Do
- Own the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs, pain points, and workflows to develop a strategic product roadmap.
- Establish measurable objectives to assess product success and analyze performance, feedback, and trends for data-driven decisions.
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer success for go-to-market strategies, adoption, and product improvement.
- Manage trade-offs between feature requests, technical constraints, and business needs.
- Translate product requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and development tasks in an Agile environment.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry developments to identify innovation opportunities.
- Document decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, and PRDs.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products.
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering with close work with users or technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities.
- Process driven with consistency and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence and align teams.
- Bias for action and comfort making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a small team or in a high-growth, fast-moving organization.
- Experience in education or ed tech.

- Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
