Dandy is hiring a Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician (Anterior Crown and Bridge)

At Dandy, our mission is to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology, building the operating system for dental offices globally. We are looking for a Customer Experience - Dental Lab Technician specializing in anterior crown and bridge. In this role, you will apply your dental lab expertise to partner directly with clinicians on tasks like scanning, case prep, and design modifications, providing real-time technical support.

What You'll Do

• Partner with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs, ensuring optimal aesthetic and functional patient outcomes.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues, clarify workflows, and offer empathetic customer service.
• Act as a liaison between doctors and Dandy lab teams, translating clinical feedback into production outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in a Dental Technician role.
• 3+ years of experience in CAD/CAM design, including at least 1 year of 3Shape experience with complex and high aesthetic Anterior Crown and Bridge cases.
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows for anterior crown and bridge.
• Technologically adept with the ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clinicians, offer empathetic support, and manage complex concerns professionally.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate clinical and technical feedback.
• Comfortable chatting live with doctors via chat, phone, or video calls.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex conversations.
• Desire to work in a fast-growing, fully-digital lab environment.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role.
