bachert&partner is hiring a Werkstudent*in Customer Service to empower our community of dog owners. You will be the first point of contact, providing expert guidance on pet nutrition and health. This role supports our Customer Service Lead, Kim, and contributes directly to our mission of enabling dogs to live long, happy lives.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for the community via WhatsApp, helping with questions about feeding amounts, subscription management, or technical problems.
- Coordinate more complex inquiries with the team, aiming for quick and solution-oriented help.
- Process returns, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure credits are issued correctly and promptly.
- Provide occasional support in maintaining customer data and evaluations to continuously improve service.
What We're Looking For
- Currently studying veterinary medicine.
- Have approximately 20 hours per week available to support alongside studies, flexibly distributed.
- Holistic dog nutrition and health is a passion; you want to understand how everything connects, not just treat symptoms.
- Enjoy working with people and take pleasure in finding individual solutions for specific questions.
- Are structured, prioritize wisely, and maintain an overview even when things get busy.
- Are a doer: you take initiative, work independently, and actively contribute your ideas to the team.
