Onlinegen GmbH is seeking a CRM Account Manager to join our innovative team focused on CRM solutions for D2C brands. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships and crafting impactful customer journeys.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop 5 to 6 long-term customer accounts.
- Design and develop email templates and campaigns in collaboration with the design team.
- Analyze data to define clear, actionable recommendations for customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and design strategies.
- Participate in internal and external training to deepen your own skills.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with the tool Klaviyo.
- Experience in data analysis and mapping the customer journey.
- Good communication skills and strong customer handling capabilities.
- Experience in e-commerce design and designing email campaigns.
