Onlinegen GmbH was looking for a CRM-Account-Manager

Onlinegen GmbH is seeking a CRM Account Manager to join our innovative team focused on CRM solutions for D2C brands. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term client relationships and crafting impactful customer journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop 5 to 6 long-term customer accounts.
  • Design and develop email templates and campaigns in collaboration with the design team.
  • Analyze data to define clear, actionable recommendations for customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and design strategies.
  • Participate in internal and external training to deepen your own skills.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with the tool Klaviyo.
  • Experience in data analysis and mapping the customer journey.
  • Good communication skills and strong customer handling capabilities.
  • Experience in e-commerce design and designing email campaigns.

Nice to Have

  • Creativity and a good eye for appealing visual design.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Openness to new things and a willingness to continuously learn.
