SIGNAL IDUNA is seeking a Werkstudent (working student) to join our IT Strategy and Transformation team. In this role, you will directly support our strategic direction by taking on organizational tasks, contributing to the development of IT strategies, and creating presentations for top management. You'll be part of a forward-thinking insurance and finance group, helping to shape the future of our IT landscape.
What You'll Do
- Take on organizational tasks and proactively contribute your own ideas for developing the company's strategic direction.
- Support management level and squads in day-to-day operations, especially in the conception and organization of workshops.
- Actively participate in the development and elaboration of IT strategies.
- Create meaningful presentations and decision templates for top management for strategic steering.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of important management meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Currently in advanced studies, ideally with a focus on business informatics, business administration, or a comparable degree program.
- Strong interest in strategic issues, digital trends, and shaping future-proof IT landscapes.
- Structured, proactive, and independent way of working.
- Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, to present complex matters concisely.
- Ability to prepare complex topics clearly and understandably.
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills, team player, and convincing presence.
Nice to Have
- First practical experience in corporate development, (IT) consulting, or a strategic environment.
Technical Stack
- MS Office, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
